Change Step provides coaching and mentoring services through a network of accredited coaches and mentors at various locations within the UK. The majority of our associates have first-hand experience of life in the Forces. We are also able to provide accredited coaching and mentoring training through our association with Performance People. Our Mission is to provide coaching and mentoring services, and training, to the serving and veteran Forces community supporting individuals, families and groups in the achievement of life enhancing goals. We are very keen to support veterans and their families through the difficult and challenging transition to civilian life
How we can help you
Change Step will help individuals by providing coaching and mentoring that will help them identify life enhancing goals and develop their full potential. Coaching is being increasingly recognised as a very valuable process that delivers benefit to individuals and organisations and is especially useful for people making a change in their lives. Change Step coaching programmes are available to anyone at an affordable price (typically for a six 45 minute session programme - £200) and will be accessible from a group of professionally accredited coaches located throughout the UK. If you wish to train as a coach/mentor then it is possible for us to arrange a free initial free consultation lasting 15 minutes and then to identify if one of the accredited courses provided by Performance People is suitable for you.
Our main coaching programme consists of six sessions delivered at approximately fortnightly intervals over a period of three months. This programme can easily be tailored to meet individual needs. The majority of coaches have their own coach and Change Step can provide coaching for any individual who wishes to train as a coach.
Individual or Personal Performance coaching provides individuals in transition with a fantastic support mechanism as they face the challenges of civilian life. In addition a range of specialist coaching programmes in areas such as small business, youth impact and executive level are available.
Companies have recognised the value of coaching as an additional skill for their staff and it is seen as giving individuals a higher chance of employability and leadership development within the organisation.
